The Youth aren't separate from the main church: we're a part of it

Young people aren't the church of tomorrow: they're the leaders of tomorrow!

Our goal is to see the young people being active disciples of Jesus now, integrated into the church now by being a part of it... now!

Friday Night youth

During the term we meet in our Baptist Chapel on Friday Nights between 7pm-9pm where we typically:

Worship

Led by various leaders, the youth themselves or visitors we encourage our young people to centre themselves on Jesus through sung worship.

We see worship being a priority in our lives so we love to begin our times together lifting up Jesus’ name together.

Friday Night Gospel

Nearly every Friday one of the youth leaders or a visitor will bring a gospel message to encourage, inspire and challenge our young people to follow Jesus more.

Building Community

We spend a good amount of time just hanging out together after we’ve worshiped and listened to God’s Word. Although we may look like a youth club, we’re in fact intentionally building community.

Some nights we get our games tables out; sometimes it’s our ‘Squad Games’ team game nights; occasionally our Prayer Nights – find out what’s going on by following our social media.

Y@BB sunday studies

Every first and third Sundays during term time the youth will go out to their ‘Sunday Studies’ time while the talk continues in the main gathering space.

We look at the same passage the adults look at but from a different perspective with occasional games, interactions and time of prayer.
